Piko Top

Although each design is special to us, I’d like to highlight our new naval “piko” print in particular. There are many interpretations of what it means. To me it resonates meaning where life begins, to bring new life, a staple, a strong connection. I was inspired to create this piko design after recently experiencing multiple miscarriages. I have been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) & I needed to create this print to remember what I’ve lost but more importantly, to inspire. There are many wāhine who are silently struggling with infertility, and this print is dedicated to them. I wear this piko lole with pride, hope and faith, to honor all wāhine who have experienced such loss.
